      Job Title: Cyme Training Specialist

      What You ll Do:

      As a Cyme Training Specialist, you will be an integral part of the training team, supporting various projects and initiatives to drive training classes using Cyme Software. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement training.

      Functions:

      Assist in the design and development of cyme classes, under the guidance of senior engineers.
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define project objectives, and ensure classes meet quality standards.
      Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
      Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology, applying knowledge to improve processes and methodologies.
      Required Qualifications:

      Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
      1-3 years of experience in engineering or a related field (entry-level position).
      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., Cyme, CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW,).
      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
      Preferred Skills:

      Internship or co-op experience in engineering.
      Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
      Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
      Certification or training in relevant engineering disciplines.
      Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
