Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans tailored to the D2C eCommerce channel
Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific product categories within the eCommerce channel, ensuring financial targets are met
Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning, taking into account seasonality, market trends, and competitive dynamics
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Design and implement communication and promotional strategies to drive consumer demand and enhance brand visibility in the eCommerce channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, and product teams to align efforts and achieve channel-specific goals
Lead the development of product roadmaps and positioning strategies for assigned categories
Manage pricing strategies for the given product category to optimize profitability and market competitiveness
Proven experience in sales management, category management, or eCommerce, with a focus on D2C channels
Fluent Czech language and pre-intermediate level of English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans while addressing short-term challenges

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic D2C eCommerce Sales Manager / Category Manager to lead the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce channel, with a specific focus on the TV category. The ideal candidate will be developing and executing sales strategies, managing the TV product category, and driving revenue growth within the eCommerce space.
