- Serve as the first point of contact for core systems support, including ERP (D365) and other operational software.
- Act as the primary contact for end-users and power users requiring ERP assistance.
- Manage access and security, including handling D365 user accounts.
- Create support tickets with internal or external teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure system performance.
- Support system updates, maintenance, and upgrades, including scheduled downtime.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding system performance and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors for troubleshooting and incident management.
- Ensure support processes comply with organizational policies, legal standards, and IT best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, with preferred D365 experience and integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its modules and functionalities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for D365-related issues.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate technical info to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving skills with analytical abilities to diagnose and prevent issues.
- Experience in documentation and training creation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
