      Job Title: ERP Support Specialist

      Responsibilities:

      1. Serve as the first point of contact for core systems support, including ERP (D365) and other operational software.
      2. Act as the primary contact for end-users and power users requiring ERP assistance.
      3. Manage access and security, including handling D365 user accounts.
      4. Create support tickets with internal or external teams to resolve issues.
      5. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure system performance.
      6. Support system updates, maintenance, and upgrades, including scheduled downtime.
      7. Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding system performance and incident resolution.
      8. Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors for troubleshooting and incident management.
      9. Ensure support processes comply with organizational policies, legal standards, and IT best practices.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, with preferred D365 experience and integrations.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its modules and functionalities.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills for D365-related issues.
      • Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate technical info to non-technical users.
      • Problem-solving skills with analytical abilities to diagnose and prevent issues.
      • Experience in documentation and training creation.
      • Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
