      List Management Workstream Lead
      Bournemouth, Glasgow


      As a Barclays List Management Workstream Lead, you will collaborate with the Head of Tuning & List Intelligence to drive BAU performance and lead strategic initiatives within Screening Analytics. You will manage both BAU performance as well as collaborating internal technical teams and stakeholders to drive the strategy of Tuning alongside the wider Strategy within the function. You will also ensure compliance with Financial Crime policies and work practices will be monitored and all requirements and restrictions adhered to.

      What will you be doing?
      • Working alongside the Head of Tuning & List Intelligence to lead and track the Group Financial Crime Operations strategy
      • Driving strategic initiatives for implementation into FircoSoft/Oracle Screening platforms to improve automation and efficiency
      • Being responsible for managing relationship between Filter Testing, Tuning and List functions to ensure aligned strategy between the teams
      • Preparing and chairing meetings to inform key stakeholders on the progress of Tuning/List activities
      • Preparing and chairing meeting to inform key stakeholders on any issues identified as part of Screening Analytical activities
      • Being responsible for assessing filter models, fuzzy matching and false positives to iteratively improve performance
      • Acting as escalation point within Tuning and List Intelligence for Screening related Issues/Incidents
      • Co-ordinating the analysis, testing and documentation of Control Testing, Compliance Assurance Reviews and Sanctions Screening Detection Capability Audits


      What we’re looking for:
      • Experience of analysis and quantitative skills to support department and work with a diverse range of colleagues across multiple sites
      • Ability to explain sophisticated solutions and technical activity to a non-technical audience
      • Ability to apply problem solving, continuous improvement and seek best in class practices for the tuning function
      • Experience in FircoSoft and /or Oracle


      Skills that will help you in the role:
      • Knowledge and understanding of Fircosoft and/or Oracle primary and secondary layers of Screening
      • Experience in modelling tools such as FircoSoft FFF Classic and/or Oracle Director
      • Experience of FircoSoft Mapping
      • Experience of FircoSoft List Management


      Where will you be working?
      The Bournemouth Wealth Office is located between Bournemouth and Poole with Sandbanks beach no more than 500 metres from the front door. We have a significant number of restaurants and sports clubs locally which make this a great office to work in. We work very closely with our BUK colleagues and share the growing Barclays Eagle Lab on site. This creates significant interest across the region and provides an opportunity for the teams to get together regularly.
