      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract DACVIM veterinarians
      - Partner with hospital leadership to understand hiring needs, practice culture, and role requirements
      - Build and maintain a robust network of veterinary specialists through LinkedIn, professional associations, conferences, and targeted outreach
      - Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers
      - Represent the employer at veterinary conferences, networking events, and online forums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven veterinary specialist recruiting experience
      - At least 3 years of recruiting experience
      - Strong understanding of veterinary specialties, with knowledge of DACVIM disciplines (Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology)
      - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
      - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Willingness to travel occasionally to veterinary conferences, veterinary medicine campuses, and for hospital visits
