      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide independent living skills and supportive services to individuals with co-occurring conditions
      - Document service delivery and maintain communication with stakeholders
      - Teach and assist with daily living skills, medication adherence, and personal care
      - Serve as a program ambassador, engaging with the community and participating in professional networks
      - Report changes in behavior or condition to program management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities
      - Valid Wisconsin driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
      - Ability to travel throughout Milwaukee and surrounding areas
      - Proficiency in using laptops and phone applications, with adaptability to learn various programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum diagnoses
      - Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
      - Experience in community engagement and participation in professional networks
