What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver training for end customers, dealers, and distributors on software use and protocols
- Assist customers in interpreting and analyzing sensor technology data related to reproduction, health, and milk
- Customize user portals and reports to enhance the user experience with software
- Conduct audits to assess the financial impact and benefits of the sensor technology on dairy management
- Collaborate with sales teams and marketing to improve customer experience and support services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in animal science, dairy science, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in dairy management, reproduction, or as a nutritionist/consultant
- Background as a dairy herdsperson or reproduction specialist
- Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction
- Excellent written, verbal, and MS Office skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with herd management software (DairyComp, Bovisync, PC Dart, etc.)
