What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Aggregate data from multiple sources and ensure consistency across platforms
- Maintain data pipelines for real-time or scheduled ingestion into centralized systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality
- Develop dashboards and generate reports on performance metrics for leadership
- Recommend improvements to data architecture based on performance feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8 years with a Master’s; or 14 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in SQL, relational databases, and cloud-based data storage (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Experience with Python and understanding of data transformation scripts
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries and reports
- Experience with ADVANA and Excel, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Knowledge of FMS processes and systems
- Excellent experience with data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes
