What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage end-to-end BI dashboarding, score-carding, and reporting
- Present final products to stakeholders and provide continuous maintenance based on feedback
- Analyze datasets to drive optimization and improvement in product usage and marketing metrics
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to document meaningful insights and recommendations
- Ensure high levels of data quality and accuracy across all relevant data sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in an Analyst position or similar role involving data compilation and analysis
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX)
- Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems (SSMS, mySQL, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field such as Information Technology, Analytics, or Data Science

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred certification in Microsoft PL-300 (Microsoft PowerBI Data Analyst)
- Experience with Azure services like Azure Synapse Analytics, LogAnalytics, and Cost Management
- Familiarity with Python or R programming languages
- Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or C4C
