What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Quickly grasp, understand, and interpret key aspects of Army programs
- Communicate and advise senior Government leadership, formulating solutions in a team environment
- Index and upload documents into the document repository for the Apache PM
- Assist the customer in locating documents and provide one-on-one training to the AAH PMO
- Analyze and integrate data using various document management tools and supplies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current, active secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience or High School diploma with 8 years of experience
- Strong capability operating Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant and manage tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of the USG acquisition process and common documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing oversight and maintenance of training devices, including software updates and transportation
- Familiarity with the DoD System Acquisition Life Cycle
