What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
- Build and maintain cohort behavior tracking, funnel analyses, and member segmentation frameworks
- Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards for tracking client and member outcomes
- Provide clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics roles
- Strong SQL proficiency for complex member behavior analysis
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and models in Looker
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, and cohort analysis
- Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with GCP services and BigQuery for large-scale member data analysis
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and data transformation tools
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) related to marketing and member data
- Experience building external-client facing presentations with clear visuals
