      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the accuracy of current and historical databases within the Office of Early Learning
      - Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on programs and services
      - Conduct data analysis and research to create specialized reports
      - Collaborate with other departments to maintain kindergarten readiness data
      - Assist in compiling and analyzing screening and placement data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in information systems, business administration, programming, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of three years of experience in database management or a related field
      - Considerable knowledge of database systems and federal, state, and local program requirements
      - Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
      - Valid motor vehicle operator's license according to the State of NC requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with NC App database
      - Experience with Bridgecare Application
