      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze healthcare data to assess performance and identify trends in healthcare plans
      - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data related to Star Ratings and quality measures
      - Conduct trend analysis to provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement
      - Collaborate with quality improvement teams and client partners to translate insights into actionable strategies
      - Monitor ongoing data to identify potential risks and develop forecasting models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field
      - 2-4 years of experience in healthcare data analysis focused on quality improvement and performance measurement
      - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
      - Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings and quality measures (HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS)
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS data, and/or Rewards & Incentives Programs
      - Familiarity with healthcare claims management systems and data warehouses
      - Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting models
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance
