What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver high-impact Tableau dashboards by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create wireframes
- Write and maintain SQL queries for sourcing, cleaning, and transforming data used in dashboards and ad hoc analyses
- Communicate data requirements effectively to ensure alignment between business questions and data models
- Support data quality and governance by QA-ing work and documenting key metrics and logic
- Learn and grow your technical and business skills by contributing to various projects alongside senior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or entry-level data analyst role
- Proficiency with Tableau (or similar BI tools) and a solid grasp of SQL for querying and transforming data
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate clearly with technical requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in shaping data inputs for dashboards
- Familiarity with data governance practices
- Previous experience working in cross-functional teams
