What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that drive growth and retention
- Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, and interactions
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for Relationship Managers and Customer Success
- Develop a reporting framework to optimize resourcing and efficiency for leadership teams
- Automate and improve data processes using analytics and predictive modeling tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role
- High proficiency in SQL, with BigQuery-specific experience as a significant advantage
- Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Looker (not Looker Studio) developer
- Familiarity with GCP products and services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI
