What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis to develop testing and reporting for the department
- Develop and maintain databases and systems for data organization and integrity
- Produce reporting on the Bank's risks, trends, and exceptions for management
- Provide operational support for technical inquiries and system troubleshooting
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal experts for departmental support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Banking, financial, or related industry
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Banking, financial, or related industry
- Experience with tools such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, etc.
- Strong background in risk or compliance is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 years of experience using data analytics tools
- Background in risk or compliance
