      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple federal systems to support workforce-related metrics
      - Conduct workforce gap analyses and align data insights with organizational objectives
      - Develop dashboards and visual tools using Power BI to communicate workforce trends and key performance indicators
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored data solutions and reports for stakeholders
      - Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency and decision-making frameworks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and workforce analytics
      - Proficiency in SQL (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL) for data extraction and reporting
      - Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
      - Experience conducting skills-based assessments and workforce gap analyses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with HRSmart, USAStaffing, LEAF, ServiceNow, and federal workforce data systems
      - Experience synthesizing data into concise, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders
      - Knowledge of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the ability to connect training initiatives to workforce goals
      - Understanding of ITIL principles, especially for systems like ServiceNow
      - Experience supporting exercise design or scenario-based learning
