What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and store data on various data objects and business processes
- Manage master data and data inventories, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Develop reports and analyses to support decision-making processes
- Troubleshoot reporting database environments and ensure data integrity
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience with structured and unstructured data, DataBricks, Snowflake, SQL, and PowerBI
- 5+ years of expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Experience with SQL, SAS, or other data systems
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques
- Familiarity with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
