      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, analyze, and interpret metrics and raw data to assess DEI and health equity effectiveness
      - Develop data-driven narratives and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
      - Support the development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to inform strategic decision-making regarding DEI and health equity
      - Regularly assess the effectiveness of DEI and health equity programs and recommend improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Data Analysis, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a data analyst role, including data gathering, cleansing, and statistical analysis
      - Proven experience in data storytelling and visualization, preferably in DEI or health equity contexts
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - DEI, Health Equity, or Data Science certification
      - Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, government, or corporate DEI initiatives
      - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis
      - Experience with MicroStrategy software
      - Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign or similar programs
