What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and administer Genesys Cloud, ensuring a smooth migration process
- Utilize knowledge of Genesys Architect, IVR, and Dialer for successful integrations
- Implement Text to Speech and ASR technologies effectively
- Provide support for Genesys Cloud CX and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize Genesys applications for efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud design and administration
- Certification in Genesys migrations to the Cloud
- Proficiency in Pureconnect and broad knowledge of Genesys applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience directly implementing Genesys migrations
- Additional certifications in Genesys technologies
