      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute data ingestion and integration strategies using SQL, ETL tools, and scripting languages
      - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated datasets
      - Create dashboards and reports to analyze sales, inventory, visits, and training data
      - Evaluate sales team performance using metrics such as sales lift, conversion rates, and engagement
      - Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Retail Insights
      - Proficient in designing and automating ETL processes using Alteryx
      - Skilled in Tableau for dashboard and report creation
      - Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
      - Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
      - Experience automating data from retail systems and platforms
      - Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
      - Experience with data mining and exploratory data analysis
