What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage analytical tools in Power BI for operational management of payments and spend flows
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve process and resource bottlenecks
- Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and Power BI dashboards
- Identify and document client and portfolio-level analytics to enhance Account Management efficiency
- Support leadership reporting on key operational analytics and revenue performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems methodically
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Power Query for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with creating user-friendly interfaces for client-facing reports
- Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration and training presentations
- Ability to translate SQL queries into business logic
