What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed data cleanup, validation, and normalization within the Dataverse environment
- Use SQL queries to analyze and compare records from legacy SQL systems and the current Dataverse platform
- Perform data reconciliation to confirm accuracy and completeness of migrated data, identifying mismatches and resolving anomalies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business rules and define expected data standards
- Document findings and cleanup efforts to ensure transparency and auditability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in SQL, including complex joins, data comparison, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including schema, data relationships, and business rules
- Experience with data quality and reconciliation efforts following system migrations
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Strong documentation and communication skills for reporting findings and working with both technical and business teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Kingsway Soft, SSIS, or other ETL tools (helpful but not required for this post-migration phase)
