What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business units to collect and provide analytical data for reporting purposes
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain and enhance data warehouse and integration initiatives
- Develop and implement quality controls and operational procedures
- Track report requests and prioritize needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data integration functionality with third-party vendors
- Maintain a strong understanding of bank software applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Three to five years of related experience in the financial industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, or other databases
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an operational or analytical role within the financial industry
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FCRA, BSA, and GLBA
