      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver comprehensive business intelligence and analytics to measure member engagement and outcomes
      - Analyze member engagement across multiple channels, including application usage and communications
      - Produce analytics for client-facing reports, including QBRs and executive reporting
      - Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical management programs
      - Partner cross-functionally to translate business questions into actionable analytics and scalable reporting solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working in the PBM or Healthplan space
      - Expert level of proficiency with SQL
      - Bachelor’s degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 4-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling for large datasets
      - 4+ years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with Python
      - Proficiency with dbt
      - Proven experience with version control
      - Hands-on AWS experience is a plus
