      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze integrated datasets to extract value and influence business decisions
      - Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and Excel
      - Assist in the design and implementation of process enhancements and automation opportunities
      - Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities, presenting findings to leadership
      - Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
      - 4+ years of experience working with large databases and data management
      - Strong technical proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL
      - Solid understanding of healthcare billing terminology and practices
      - Experience in healthcare analytics preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Experience in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Accounting
      - Familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
      - Knowledge of modern business intelligence tools including Microsoft PowerBI
      - Experience using analytic techniques to explore financial performance trends
