What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive analytics focusing on engagement with the employer’s application
- Work cross-functionally with teams to provide actionable insights and refine data processes
- Utilize advanced statistical analysis techniques to evaluate clinical management program effectiveness
- Lead the development of analytic frameworks to support strategic initiatives
- Communicate complex data analysis results effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert level of proficiency with SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of experience in quantitative analytics and advanced analytic modeling for large datasets
- 4+ years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy benefit management claims data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Clinical Navigation space
- 5+ years experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Proficiency with Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Proven experience with version control
