What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings through dashboards and charts while considering UX implications
- Explain data trends using statistical performance metrics to inform customer goals and outcomes
- Gather information from end users and stakeholders to validate requirements for relevant data analysis
- Analyze and process large data sets using statistical software languages
- Communicate complex technical and business issues effectively to internal and external parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience
- Experience in developing and maintaining metadata tagging structures
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools, and fluent in R, Python, APIs, JSON, etc.
- Experience with interoperability analysis and mapping data flows across IT tool suites
- Ability to identify and document integration points between tools and repositories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior government contracting experience highly preferred
