What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis on medical and pharmacy claims to identify trends and key indicators
- Provide reporting to clients on health care costs and utilization tracking
- Collaborate with internal Benefit Consultants to address client-specific questions and needs
- Coordinate annual health care planning and renewal processes for clients
- Support team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
