      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and report on clinical and operational care model data from multiple healthcare data sources
      - Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to create and implement ad-hoc reports and analytics
      - Design reports with key performance metrics to monitor clinical outcomes and member impacts
      - Automate reporting processes and develop new reporting tools using the Microsoft BI stack
      - Conduct extensive data mining to identify trends and best practices for healthcare improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in business, information technology, computer science, data analytics, statistics, or a related field
      - Sustained excellence in academic performance
      - Demonstrated understanding of healthcare data interpretation and analysis
      - Experience with Microsoft Excel and relational databases (SQL server)
      - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with healthcare terminology and health plan organizations
      - Exposure to the Microsoft BI stack, including SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI
      - Experience with Python and machine learning/artificial intelligence libraries
      - Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with executives
      - Strong documentation skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights
