- Relevant work experience as a Data Analyst.
- Experience in a senior or lead data analyst role or similar positions.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaboration.
- Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing principles to evaluate and optimize website/application changes.

This involves synthesizing data from various sources, working in tandem with analytics engineers to ensure the efficient transformation and preparation of data for meaningful analysis.
