What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Develop and automate Power BI dashboards for real-time supply chain monitoring
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance
- Collaborate with senior management to identify data requirements and develop execution plans
- Prepare summaries and presentations for leadership that translate insights into action
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a global or multi-site supply chain environment
- Expert proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, automation)
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas; VBA a plus)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis)
- Knowledge of Python or R
