What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the growth team to analyze marketing initiatives and build reporting and dashboards
- Monitor performance and provide insights into key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and growth modeling efforts
- Analyze active user behavior and onboarding funnel, diving into anomalies to understand business changes
- Build new datasets and pipelines while maintaining and updating existing data infrastructure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in a data analyst (or similar) role, preferably at a growth-stage company
- Strong understanding of core marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.)
- Expert level SQL proficiency, including creating new tables and writing clear code
- Experience with a business intelligence/data visualization tool to build reports and dashboards
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consumer subscription analytics
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth startup
- Familiarity with Python or R
