      About the Role

      We're looking for a number of Data Analysts who thrive not just on analyzing data but on shaping decisions. In these roles, you'll work closely with stakeholders from our marketing team to surface insights, pressure-test assumptions, and influence the direction of campaigns and strategic initiatives. Our ideal candidate will learn to be a thought partner - someone who challenges questions, frames problems clearly, and drives action.

      What You'll Do
      • Drive Insightful Analyses: Investigate marketing performance with a focus on meaningful, interpretable takeaways
      • Act as Strategic Partner: Work directly with marketing leads to frame business questions, identify metrics that matter, and influence key decisions
      • Build Tools & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that balance self-serve utility with strategic relevance
      • Support Experimentation: Partner with marketing teams to design A/B tests and geo tests to analyze incrementality, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data science and data engineering to ensure consistency in definitions, models, and metrics


      What are we looking for?
      • 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience
      • College degree in a technical discipline such as statistics, computer science, math or engineering
      • Strong critical thinking and problem-framing ability - not just answering questions but helping others ask the right ones
      • Excellent communication skills - ability to distill complex analysis into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
      • Intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and a willingness to challenge assumptions constructively
      • Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques
      • Someone who actively uses AI to increase their effectiveness in their day-to-day life and their work
      • Experience in a fast-paced, data-rich environment - ideally consumer tech, mobile apps, or online gambling
      • Competence using SQL; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.); bonus for Python or R proficiency
