- Drive Insightful Analyses: Investigate marketing performance with a focus on meaningful, interpretable takeaways
- Act as Strategic Partner: Work directly with marketing leads to frame business questions, identify metrics that matter, and influence key decisions
- Build Tools & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that balance self-serve utility with strategic relevance
- Support Experimentation: Partner with marketing teams to design A/B tests and geo tests to analyze incrementality, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data science and data engineering to ensure consistency in definitions, models, and metrics
- 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience
- College degree in a technical discipline such as statistics, computer science, math or engineering
- Strong critical thinking and problem-framing ability - not just answering questions but helping others ask the right ones
- Excellent communication skills - ability to distill complex analysis into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and a willingness to challenge assumptions constructively
- Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques
- Someone who actively uses AI to increase their effectiveness in their day-to-day life and their work
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-rich environment - ideally consumer tech, mobile apps, or online gambling
- Competence using SQL; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.); bonus for Python or R proficiency
