      As a data analyst on the Agency Marketing team, you’ll support teams that manage all virtual communications with our agents, agent programs, and incentives. In this role, you’ll set up and analyze A/B and Pre/Post test and advance the state of current reporting. Additionally, you’ll make data-driven recommendations to drive our marketing strategy and develop analytics to help identify deployment opportunities.

      This is a hybrid role in Cleveland, OH that requires one day of in-office work each quarter a t 300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143. In-office time may fluctuate based on project or business needs.

      Must-have qualifications

      • A minimum of three years of analytical work experience
      • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years of analytical work experience.
      • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study.
      • {OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program.

      Preferred skills

      • Experience using data querying tool SQL
      • Experience with Excel including VLOOKUP and pivots
      • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI dashboards
      • Analytical reporting experience

      Compensation

      • $54,200-$72,200/year
      • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
