What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and clean data from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Monitor and improve data quality within Salesforce and develop best practices for data management
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and business users to provide relevant insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Salesforce support experience, including user setup and data management
- 2+ years in a support role with experience in Tableau, Looker Studio, or Salesforce analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights in data
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information to a broad audience
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics and/or Salesforce administration preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Data Analyst preferred
- LeanData administration experience of 6 months or more, or relevant admin certification
