      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze large datasets to draw conclusions and insights
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail
      - Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Present data analysis results and adapt to changing project environments
      - Collaborate with various business groups and vendor partners on data-related projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
      - 3-5 years of experience with data models, star schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques
      - Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL) and programming (e.g., XML, JavaScript, PL/SQL)
      - Proficiency in statistical analysis and experience with statistical packages
      - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a government setting or working with government data
      - Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and tools
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
