      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Capture and refine analytic requirements from colleagues and partners
      - Develop and deliver analyses to both internal and external clients
      - Explore and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights
      - Present findings and insights that can positively impact patient care
      - Identify improvements in processes, communication, and reporting based on data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience developing analytics using healthcare data
      - Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel
      - Fluency in SQL with experience in developing complex queries
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI
      - Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with external clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical economics analysis and report generation
      - Familiarity with Value-Based Care concepts
      - Experience using population health tools like Arcadia or Milliman
      - Knowledge of task management tools like Jira
      - Fluency in high-level programming languages such as Python or R
