What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compare and normalize parts across 3-4 different systems
- Categorize and gather attributes for each part, including manufacturer details and specifications
- Consolidate industrial parts into the client's existing system
- Assist in creating a comprehensive catalogue for e-commerce to streamline ordering processes
- Collaborate with ERP and business process SMEs to ensure integration efforts are aligned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mid-level experience in data analytics, with a focus on analytical tasks rather than project management
- Experience in parts or related industry, with B2B experience considered a plus
- Strong background in project management and data analytics, including proficiency in analyzing spreadsheets
- Familiarity with integration efforts, particularly relating to ERP systems
- Preferred experience in AC/refrigeration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with B2B systems and processes
- Knowledge of data management practices and methodologies
- Previous involvement in integration projects, especially in a data analytics capacity
- Familiarity with parts categorization and industrial systems
