- Design and maintain core business metrics, dashboards, and data products that empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to uncover insights about user behavior and product engagement.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Model clean, scalable datasets using modern tools like dbt, and Airflow.
- Own the full lifecycle of analysis-from question definition and exploration to delivery and iteration.
- Drive a culture of curiosity and experimentation, using data to identify growth opportunities and influence product roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality, reliable data through collaboration with engineering and proactive data validation.
- Proficiency in SQL, including advanced features like window functions and CTEs.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, modeling, or automation.
- Self-starter who enjoys working across a cross-functional team.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in a BI Tool (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI)
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data or business intelligence role.
- Familiarity with modern data orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt.
- Experience with GitHub.
- Experience in product and marketing analytics.
- Strong statistical skills to guide experimentation roadmaps.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for bringing meaning and understanding out of raw and semi-structured data. This role will have you working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment filled with technical talent to help you learn, develop, and hone your skills. As a partner to our product, marketing, and engineering teams you will help guide Origin's growth through data-driven decision making.
