What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the collection, management, and interpretation of Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance data from incident reports and inspection records
- Apply statistical and analytical methods to detect trends and anomalies in safety data, supporting proactive risk mitigation
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify key drivers behind safety incidents and regulatory non-compliance
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to present findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve governance processes related to FLS system compliance and risk assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and interpretation
- Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
