      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform quality review and evaluation of study data, identifying and addressing data management issues
      - Act as a liaison and resource for study teams and monitoring staff
      - Support interactions with biostatisticians, investigators, and coordinating center personnel
      - Participate in enhancing and maintaining data management functions for specific protocols and projects
      - Ensure compliance with data management standards and support optimal outcomes for study teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Experience in data management and quality assurance processes
      - Exceptional judgment within the framework of data management standards and policies
      - Proven ability to engage in constructive problem-solving and decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with clinical research protocols and data management systems
      - Familiarity with biostatistical methods and software
      - Previous experience in a healthcare research setting
      - Capacity for independent judgment and critical-thinking in data analysis
