What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, create, and deploy analytical solutions for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Facilitate and gather business requirements while providing consultation and project management
- Lead efforts to implement analytic solutions, including reports and dashboards from various data sources
- Ensure data integrity for strategic initiatives and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Identify and resolve issues throughout the development of analytical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Math, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years' experience as a data analyst or developer in progressively responsible roles
- Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar software products
- Strong technical programming skills and analytical expertise
- Proven leadership skills in working with stakeholders and project teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least three (3) years of experience managing medium to large projects using standard project management skills
- Experience as a data analyst within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with clinical, hospital, and financial applications or systems
- Experience collaborating with clinicians on pathways or order sets
- Knowledge of the development life cycle and fundamental statistical methods
