      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems
      - Respond to client requests for data updates, support, and configuration changes
      - Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather information on capital assets
      - Perform quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data
      - Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for software implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree
      - Experience working with data in an analyst role
      - Background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is an asset
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineering degree/certification
      - Experience in client or customer service roles
      - Experience with asset management software
      - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications
      - Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
