      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large volumes of financial, clinical, and operational data
      - Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to guide Finance Business Partners and senior management
      - Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Quicksight, or Excel
      - Partner with Finance Business Partners to design dashboards and track outcomes in U.S. clinics
      - Continuously improve analytics processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
      - 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence, ideally in healthcare or O&P
      - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, KPI frameworks, and business partnering concepts
      - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Quicksight, and experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan)
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
