What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and optimize the database to support reporting and segmentation needs for a growing donor base
- Manage data and analytics for all programs and campaigns, collaborating with external consultants
- Provide clean and aggregated fundraising data to generate actionable insights
- Create segmentations, imports/exports lists, and assist the direct response team with data output files
- Conduct campaign audits and data mining to identify trends and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data analysis roles
- Hands-on data experience in a nonprofit CRM environment, preferably Virtuous
- Proficient SQL/PL user with knowledge of CRUD operations and dynamic SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently
