What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, collect, and clean data, perform data modeling, and create reports using tools like SQL and PowerBI
- Apply statistical methods to normalize data from non-standardized datasets and conduct “what if” analyses
- Assist in developing automated scripts for data extraction and transformation of large data sets
- Collaborate with users to enhance data analytic product capabilities following a hybrid agile software development lifecycle
- Support data conditioning and the integration of data in the Customer Experience Insights data warehouse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Proven experience in data analysis and modeling using market-leading tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and statistical analysis methods
- Experience interfacing with high-level clients, such as GS-14, 15, and SES level personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake/Azure Synapse and Customer Experience Data Warehouse
- Experience in developing business intelligence and analytics products
- Familiarity with hybrid agile software development lifecycle methodologies
