What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using data visualization tools
- Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards and documentation for multiple projects
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate data requirements
- Develop and execute queries and scripts using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing dashboards using Tableau
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and server/database administration tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced features
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to success
