What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources
- Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics, including statistical modeling
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and implementing DAX calculations
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud-based analytics platforms is a strong plus
- Familiarity with notebook environments (Jupyter or similar) for interactive analysis and documentation
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret results for actionable insights
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
