      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process unit vacancy promotions per screening criteria and standards outlined in NGR 600-101 and NGR 600-100
      - Coordinate with State points of contact to resolve eTracker issues and track actions taken by each State
      - Conduct quality assurance for Officer and Warrant Officer Promotion packets, screening and verifying approximately 500 packets per week
      - Process special orders for promotion actions and respond to inquiries related to promotion actions and FEDREC
      - Maintain status reports and updates for the eTracker system, updating packet status daily

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and technical training/work experience
      - Typically requires 3-5 years of directly related experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with federal recognition actions or promotions
      - Familiarity with eTracker systems and military promotion processes
      - Ability to provide timely responses to high volumes of inquiries
      - Knowledge of AR 135-175, NGR 600-100, and NGR 600-101 standards
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
